Johanna Danishek serves as Senior Customer Care Specialist at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Johanna is dedicated to exceeding her client’s expectations and creating a memorable experience. Johanna serves as an advocate for clients and their employees. When questions/issues are not adequately addressed with insurance carriers, Johanna intervenes to provide answers, assistance and clarity. She provides her expertise in the areas of enrollment, claims, billing or benefit-related issues.

Of Johanna’s nearly fifteen years of professional experience, three of them have been within the insurance industry. Before joining McGohan Brabender, Johanna served at a furniture company handling inventory control, opening new stores, training, and accounting -- all experiences which prepared her to carry out her role as a Customer Serve Representative at MB with excellence.

Before coming to MB, Johanna worked in various career fields, including accounting, inventory control and insurance. Johanna is a graduate of Wright State University. She has been an MB Family Member since 2007.
