Flash Updates

McGohan Brabender periodically communicates with our clients concerning changes that impact your benefit program via Flash Updates. Prescription formulary changes, contracting issues, legislative changes, and the latest governmental activities are all documented in an easy-to-understand format for you and your employees.

Flash Updates communicate three key things: what is impacting you, when will it impact you, and what (if anything) needs to be done. Flash Updates are sent to the HR/Plan Administrator via email. If necessary, the Flash Updates can then be distributed to employees, saving you the time of having to re-format or prepare employee correspondence.

Through our client management software system, we have the ability to track what carrier/legislative changes specifically impact each group. Then, we prepare the correspondence only for that group. This prevents you from receiving unnecessary emails.
