Organizational Structure

McGohan Brabender is comprised of a series of specialized teams that each utilize their depth of expertise to target your specific needs. The following is a brief overview of the different departments that have been created within McGohan Brabender in order to serve you in the highest, most efficient capacity possible.

  • Small Business Team – team created specifically to serve groups 2-9 and their highly specialized needs.
  • Customer Care Team – serves as an advocate for you and your employees in the areas of enrollment issues, claim issues, billing, benefits, and other general requests or questions.
  • Client Services and Communication Team – aides you in communicating with your employees by providing print, web and multimedia-based communication for you to use, as well as managing special events.
  • Enrollment Department – assists organization in setting up and managing electronic eligibility with carriers and HRIS systems.
  • Administration Team – comprised of the “engineers that control the engine”—entails IT, Commissions, and the Education and Training Team.
  • Training  & ProcessesTeam- serves McGohan Brabender internally by providing training and education, creating and maintaining best practices, organizing and maintaining operations, and coordinating special projects so that we in turn may serve you best.
