Position Summary: This position will help attract and interact with targeted virtual customers. This position will leverage different platforms to build company awareness, build website traffic and engagement. This position will also play a key role in the development, implementation, and optimization of various online marketing initiatives including display, mobile and social media programs. This position works closely with leaders of McGohan Brabender to coordinate communication and accomplish the desired goals of the company.


  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Create content and maintain our social and digital media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Create multimedia for McGohan Brabender; this includes but is not limited to podcasts, and YouTube videos
  • Promote and advertise McGohan Brabender events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to determine how to reach target customers and improve posting and communications as needed
  • Interview customer, employees, and friends of McGohan Brabender
  • Identify and monitor trends in social media, tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Stay ahead of the curve; understand trends in the health insurance industry in order to create the right voice
  • Perform other marketing duties as needed


  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills; ability to adapt to varying audiences
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and ability to utilize social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage project development
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as well as web page design (HTML, CSS)
  • Knowledge of Pardot marketing tool and/or Salesforce customer relationship management program preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License required
