Financial Support Staff
 Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Performing corporate banking activities – reconciliations, daily transaction registers, deposits and other
  • Posting and reconciling carrier commission payments received
  • Assisting with auditing of commissions revenue with research on any exceptions
  • Working with team to transition to new accounting system and streamlining processes
  • Serving our internal teams in understanding systems, payment streams, payment schedules and processes
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully:
  • Background in finance, mathematics, accounting or related experience or similar college coursework
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new technology systems and adapt to a changing environment
