Role Description:
The Empowering Healthier Living Population Health Specialist cultivates strong relationships with clients to better understand goals and objectives for our client’s health management initiatives. Provides superior knowledge and support when building strategies and recommending possible solutions. This position will work with the Population Health Manager to help provide MB clients strategies to empower healthier living in their organizations. Must work closely with the EHL team, Consultants and Account Managers internally to develop the best solution for our clients to follow.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Participation in client meetings; create 3-year strategy plan and make adjustments as necessary

Identify solutions to issues or concerns clients may have as it relates to employee engagement and be able to manage to the resolution.

Assisting with preparation of various client presentations and deliverables of health and well-being programs to help clients improve the well-being and engagement of their employees and manage costs

Provide ongoing support for clients; continually evaluating and suggesting ways they can improve their EHL strategies.

Managing vendor relationships

Provide prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients/meeting or exceeding client’s needs
Qualifications:

Bachelors college degree in related field (Nutrition, Health, Business, Communications or other related field) – required

2 – 3 years of relevant work experience – required

Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to travel and work a flexible work schedule due to client needs.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Personality and skill set that works well with a team.

Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to present at all levels of an organization

Understanding of MB EHL initiatives and programs
