Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain amicable relationships with clients and carriers
  • Serve as an extension to the Account Management team by responding to client and carrier inquiries and day-to-day questions/issues
  • Maintain web based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e. Gen4)
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Account Manager during and after the renewal process and serve as an “extension” of the AM where appropriate
  • Manage on-line client health enrollment data collection process (i.e. Form Fire)
  • Educate employers on carrier programs where appropriate (i.e. on-line enrollment)
  • Coordinate and conduct employee meetings as requested by the client and AM team
  • Coordinate benefit booklets and employee communications for clients, where needed
  • Assist with carrier replacement and new group implementation processes

  • Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Windows software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
