PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate and maintain amicable relationships with clients and carriers

Serve as an extension of the Account Management team by responding to client and carrier inquiries and day-to-day questions/issues

Maintain web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e. Gen4)

Work hand-in-hand with the Account Manager during and after the renewal process and serve as an “extension” of the AM where appropriate
-
Manage on-line client health enrollment data collection process (i.e. Form Fire)
-
Educate employers on carrier programs where appropriate (i.e. on-line enrollment)
-
Coordinate and conduct employee meetings as requested by the client and AM team
-
Coordinate benefit booklets and employee communications for clients, where needed
-
Assist with carrier replacement and new group implementation processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate each essential responsibility/duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training

Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Windows software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
