At McGohan Brabender, family is the foundation of our culture. That means we support each other; we go the extra mile for clients; and we serve our community. When our founder, Pat McGohan retired in 2016, MB wanted to carry on his legacy of giving back to the community. To do so, our leadership team decided to gave each employee eight hours of paid time to volunteer for a cause that was near and dear to their hearts… and that’s how MB Gives Back was born. You may recognize our MBers at these events sporting their bright blue MB Gives Back t-shirts and smiles on their faces. Employees from each of our offices venture out to their communities and put forth whatever effort is needed. Whether it is conducting and donating at a blood drive, volunteering at food banks or non-profits, walking for a cure, gathering school or humane society supplies, or handing out shoes to local children. The MB employees come in full force, not because we have to, but because we want to help. We do what we can for those in our neighborhoods that need support. We are grateful that our shareholders allow us to take a day to help those in need.
