This summer, MB welcomes six students for our 2022 internship program. We had nearly 40 candidates apply for our open roles in our Sales, Finance, HR, Advocates and Account Team departments. We are honored that these smart, talented and skilled students decided to work with MB. We know they will be providing important contributions to our company this summer. Over the next six weeks, we will introduce you to each intern and share some fun facts about their favorite things, what makes them unique and what led them to McGohan Brabender. UK senior, Tommy Lunne is up first!

In the fall, Tommy will be a senior at the University of Kentucky pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. He is serving as our Sales Intern in our Dayton office.

Q: If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

A: The pepper jack club sandwich from Dad’s Favorites Deli in Lexington, KY

Q: When you were a little kid, what was your dream job?

A: When I was little, my dream was to play for the Cincinnati Reds or the Cincinnati Bengals, unfortunately neither worked out!

Q: If we drove you to the airport and you could go anywhere, where would it be and why?

A: My favorite place to visit is Nashville, I love the live music and country music has always been my favorite.

Q: If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive – who would they be?

A: If I could have dinner with three people, I would choose Peyton Manning because he’s my favorite athlete, Alan Jackson because he’s my favorite artist, and Chevy Chase because he’s my favorite actor!

Q: In the short amount of time you’ve been here, what’s the biggest surprise?

A: I’m incredibly surprised, impressed, and thankful for how nice and welcoming every employee has been.
