Tony Lombardo

From a personal perspective, my greatest accomplishment and blessings come from being a husband of 39 years to a magnificent and loving wife that shares with me the joy and blessing of parenting 8 of the most wonderful and exciting children we could have asked for.

From a professional perspective, in light of the time commitment of raising 8 children I have greater than 29 years of experience in the areas of employee benefits, strategic planning, compliance, public sector benefits as well as employee benefits services and communication. During this time I have held a number of key management, consulting, and service positions with several of the nation’s largest first in class insurance carriers including Cigna, Metropolitan, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

In 1998 I realized that to be a true advocate dedicated to acting in the best interest of my clients I had to be an independent agent employed by my client and not a captive employee of any insurance carrier or vendor. That’s when I began a national search for a consulting firm that wholeheartedly supported the same objective. That pursuit led me to McGohan Brabender where with the support of every department and associate my role as a true client advocate is fulfilled every day. This continued commitment has resulted in client relationships that have exceeded 20 years. For nearly 20 years I have served as a Vice President, Shareholder, and Senior Consultant at McGohan Brabender. My current responsibilities include product and service development, client retention, and new client relationships.

From a community perspective, I’m a member of; Order of the Sons of Italy, the Noon Optimists Club and their “Avenue of Flags” program, a Board Member with both the March of Dimes and the Ohio’s Hospice Foundation and I work closely with and support a number of the Ohio Boards of the Developmentally Disabled throughout Ohio.

I am truly blessed and fulfilled!
