Dean Stitz, Advising Consultant, has taken MB north. Dean has been serving clients in the benefits space since 2017 with a decade of previous work experience in Manufacturing from Gary to Toledo to Cleveland to Columbus.
Since his teen years, Dean has been a Type 1 Diabetic. He advises on benefits because he cares and understands what insurance means to individuals. As a business advisor, he is empathetic to the challenges of increasing healthcare costs while ultimately caring for employees and their families at organizational cores. With MB, Dean has the opportunity to leverage significant bandwidth to bring enhancements and cost savings to the local and surrounding area.
One way MB is different than a typical broker is that our clients have access to our MB Advocate Team, which assists with billing, claims, enrollment status, deductibles, and other coverage issues between plan members, providers, and carriers.
