Dealing With Alcohol, Drugs and Psychological Issues in the Workplace

with Bob Dunlevey and Nadia Lampton of Taft Law

Tuesday May 5th 8:30-10:00 AM

Central and Southwest Ohio has been described as the opioid highway of the US.  It is no surprise that employers are having to deal with employees that are drug users or affected by someone that is.   One in five employees face workplace mental health issues each year – many caused by drugs, alcohol and psychological disorders.  The expanded use of marijuana and the ever-increasing acts of violent behavior by psychologically impaired employees present legal and practical challenges for employers.  Led by Bob Dunlevey, Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law, and Nadia A. Lampton, this learning center will teach you how to effectively meet those challenges legally.

This class has been approved for 1.5 HRCI and SHRM CE Credits
