Kristi Dinsmore is a Founding Partner of Carter Fraser Inc., a growth-focused consulting company that specializes in helping individual, teams and organizations drive profitable growth.  Kristi’s personal experience in managing growth organizations provides her with the experience, proven practices and credibility to help individuals and organizations thrive.

She has experience working in the retail industry, consumer products, construction, financial services and technology industries with both global and national companies.  When working with for-profit or not-for-profit organizations, Kristi’s focus is driving ROI and Customer Engagement.   In 2019, she was asked by the Duquesne University School of Business to not just be a facilitator, but to create a new learning module AND update the entire course curriculum for the School’s long-running “Women’s Executive Leadership Program”.

Kristi offers organizations and individuals her strengths in understanding key business issues and market conditions and developing solutions to drive growth in a changing environment.  Her focus as an executive coach has been with senior leaders and “high potential” leaders, providing leadership development and targeted feedback to broaden leadership capabilities and address specific performance issues.  She understands the importance of aligning the individual’s strengths, motivators and behaviors to maximize their ability to provide value to the organization and ultimately, drive profitable growth.  Kristi has extensive experience leveraging assessment tools to provide key insights in her team building and individual coaching.  She is Master Certified in the Birkman Method and one of the world’s top experts using the Chally assessment for leadership development.

Kristi has had the opportunity to work with nationally known experts in leadership development such as Ram Charan, Brad Smart, Judith Bardwick, Bruce Tulgan, Robert Cooper and Michael Watkins.


Kristi holds a B.A. from Miami University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
