Disruption: Thinking Differently About The New Decade – Dayton

In 2020, the words of Charles Darwin have never been more true:  “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but rather the one most adaptable to change.”

Last year’s Learning Center session with Ms. Dinsmore, prepared you and your organization to thrive in the next recession. This session will provide a framework and steps to help you and your organization look at your purpose, products, people, processes and customers differently so you can take action instead of just reacting.  Times of change create opportunities.  Too many organizations and individuals are “hunkering down” instead of “owning” this disruption. The organizations that will thrive and grow profitably in this new decade will be the ones that are willing to disrupt how THEY do business.

This class has been approved for 1.5 HRCI and SHRM CE Credits
