The needs of Medicare eligible employees continue to change and can present challenges for the employer.  Those employees who are working beyond age 65 may not realize that they can potentially save money by enrolling in a Medicare plan vs. employer coverage.  What items should Medicare eligible employees consider, especially during open enrollment?

This learning center class will address the challenges that employees face as they prepare for Medicare and health insurance in retirement.   Employers can use the information gained from this class to assist their Medicare eligible employees not only during open enrollment but also as they age-in to Medicare and as they begin the preparations for the journey to retirement.
