Over the past decade and more employers have spent significant time and treasure in an effort to improve the health of their workforce and maybe even the entire health insurance plan population. These cumulative efforts has created a labyrinth of connections our employees and their dependents have to make with dozens of vendors providing wellness, price transparency, biometric, benefit communications, program enrollments, activity tracking apps, etc., etc. etc., have pushed the bounds of reason. Every year we add something new, with a little less relevance and we eventually create a health plan that resembles a massively over-decorated Christmas tree. Not only does it begin to create confusion for our employees, they begin to ask why is it my employers business how I manage my health.
If you are interested in a simpler, more effective strategy for improving the health of your population that requires less energy, time and resource from the Human Resource Department then this session is for you. Coordinating the goals for a healthier population with an execution strategy of increasing the number of people who have the right Primary Care Physician is the focus of this session. Led by Tiffany Reid, McGohan Brabender’s Health Management and Engagement Specialist, and Mike Suttman, President of McGohan Brabender, you will learn ways to reduce your effort and increase your results. The focus of this 90 minute presentation is to help you have fewer moving parts, easier employee engagement and quantifiable results.
