Speaker: Scott McGohan, CEO and co-chairman of McGohan Brabender, melds his decades of experience in leadership and business into his mission of improving the workplace for all.
Active in community outreach and service, McGohan was honored with the 2022 People of Vision Award by Prevent Blindness. He is both founder and mentor of the Mentors Matter summer camp, which serves inner-city youth in Dayton, Ohio. A former board member of Crayons to Classrooms and Coastal Pet, McGohan is a current YMCA and Dayton Development Coalition board member.
A former TEDx speaker, McGohan writes and speaks on company culture and the gift of vulnerability, sharing his skills in vision casting, strategy alignment, and leadership deployment.
