Mental Health in the workforce is currently in a crisis. Poor mental health and stress can negatively impact an employee’s job performance and productivity. It can also affect their work engagement, communication with coworkers, physical capability, and daily functioning. But the real question is, how do we address it with our employees?
Join us as we dive into understanding more about the problem, the data, and the statistics that the Ohio workforce faces regarding these mental health issues. We will also discuss EAPs as well as the differences between traditional EAPs and the new modernized EAPs. Finally, we will discuss the solutions to these issues, such as management training, knowledge of available tools and assessments, and ways to teach employers how to confidently navigate the conversations that surround mental health in the workforce.
