These are extraordinary times that present unique challenges, but here at MB, we are prepared. Our MB workforce is still available during business hours to take care of you and your employees’ insurance needs.

  • We already have in place an extensive and secure work-from-home policy with our workforce, so there is no change in reaching us via phone or email. Additionally, our employees can access all necessary files remotely, so you should experience no disruption in our service to you.
  • You count on us to provide accurate and useful information. Our goal is not to be first, but to be correct in what we are communicating. Information is coming out at an incredibly fast pace, and we don’t want you to miss anything. At the same time, we don’t want to convey incomplete/inaccurate information in your in-box. We will continue to send out daily updates, as well as maintain robust information on our website.
  • You may also receive carrier information from your MB account team that is specific to your benefit plan. Your MB account team is always available for clarification if necessary.
  • Regarding in-person meetings with MB and our clients, we are well-equipped to facilitate virtual meetings with all of our clients. We are trying to lead by example from the directives of our government leaders regarding face-to-face meetings so again, we have the tools in place to make this a seamless transition.

We are all in this together, and you can count on us.

In the meantime, we also encourage you to seek out reputable sources of information, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and WHO.
