As Executive Vice President, Total Experience, Steven ensures all member experience representatives have the direction, resources, and support they need to succeed. Steven has responsibility for all of Quantum’s operations, including member experience, patient services, clinical operations, vendor and point solution integrations, and training and quality. Over the past few years, Steven has led Quantum Health’s operations through 30 percent year-over-year growth while improving member satisfaction, internal promotion rates, and employee engagement and culture scores.
As a result of his leadership, he helped Quantum Health to earn Columbus Business First’s title of “Best Place to Work” for the twelfth year running.
