Thatcher Sloan, Vice President, Practice Leader brings broad knowledge and experience working across many aspects of healthcare and always maintains a focus on pharmacy. With over 15 years’ of experience working in the pharmacy space, his experience spans working with employers and health plans across multiple geographic regions and lines of business. This allows him to bring actionable solutions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of his clients based on industry best practices. Thatcher’s expertise is at the cross section of strategy and operations enabling him to develop solutions that are operationally sound, align and work inside the clients’ entire healthcare program. His clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, commercials business, Medicaid plans and large and small employers. Thatcher received a Bachelor’s degree from Denison University in Granville, OH.

Bill Lenskold

Bill Lenskold, Regional Sales Director at Confidio | Bill brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the group insurance industry to Confidio.  He started his insurance career as a group underwriter and spent time in the brokerage marketing area before a sales career with MetLife, which provided him with an ability to view situations from all sides and a keen attention to detail to benefit his clients and their strategic planning.  His broad experience includes time with several other major carriers and the country’s largest TPA, Fiserv Health/UMR, working with Life, Disability, Dental, Stop Loss, Medical and Pharmacy Benefit Programs with fully insured and self-funded arrangements. Bill received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.  He currently resides and works in Ellicott City, MD.
