Have you ever worked so hard you feel fatigued and your brain has turned to mush? Maybe you’ve taken on task after task and just feel a little burnt out? Sometimes we spread ourselves a bit too thin and it seems like our entire world is crashing around us.

“I had it all together earlier, what the heck happened?!”

Trust me, you’re not alone. Some days you are on top of the world and other days are hit or miss and guess what…It’s OKAY!

It’s okay to not have it all together and it’s okay to be vulnerable. As human beings, we are allowed to make mistakes. We do our best to have everything in our life organized — call that person on their birthday, get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, drink enough water, eat enough veggies, respond to all of your emails… the list goes on and on.

I’m here to tell you that you’re allowed to cry, to be sad, to be unorganized or even to feel a little crazy after a hard day. Sometimes you just need that affirmation that you’re doing your best and that you’re going to get through it!

I believe music is food for the soul and it’s the perfect way to remind yourself that you ARE killin’ it in this little thing called life!

I created a list of feel-good songs to remind you to be selfish when it comes to your mental health. #SelfCareIsntSelfish
