Introducing the Interns: Mason Stull

Jun 30, 2023

It’s the last day of June, but this is not the last of the interns. Today we introduce Mason Stull, our second intern working out of the Cincinnati office. Mason is interning with our Benefit Specialist team and is a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati majoring in business economics and finance. He is also our southernmost intern, hailing from Fort Thomas, Kentucky. How fun is that our two Cincinnati interns are our northern and southernmost!

Now let’s get to know Mason a little more!

What is one thing you cannot live without?

I can’t live without music. I would go crazy without it. It’s fun to listen to and provides a nice escape, especially with everything happening in the world.

If you could meet anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?

I would want to meet FDR because he was extremely influential and had so much wisdom. I would love to pick his brain.

What are some of your hobbies?

I really enjoy listening to music with friends. I also enjoy playing chess because it helps keep me busy.

What is a fun fact about you?

I have been to Turkey while on a cruise. It was interesting learning about the culture and history of the area.

If you could live in any time period, which would it be and why?

I’d say the current time we live in or the 80s. The 80s would be because of the cool hair and how expressive everyone was in those times.

How would you go about finding a needle in a haystack?

I’d probably use a sorting machine and sift through the pile, or conversely, I’d use a magnet.

Why did you choose MB?

My first interaction with Max and Lauren at the career fair left me feeling excited to learn more about the company. I then saw more of the company going through interviews and discovered how wonderful this place truly is.

What are your thoughts on MB so far?

Working here this summer has been excellent so far. My position is new for interning, so that makes it exciting. Working in a different office keeps it interesting as well. I’ve been doing a lot, and meeting everyone in the Cincinnati office has been amazing.
