We sat down with Pat to learn more about the humble beginnings of McGohan Brabender, fifty years ago. He shares how he tried to hire the very best people, including Jean Warner and Tim Brabender who “turned his life around.” Pat claims growth wasn’t planned but it was inevitable because of the incredible staff he surrounded himself with.
