Through the Member Journey project, McGohan Brabender conducted extensive research on the motivating factors that determined member participation. This research revealed identifiable differences in the pre-enrollment, enrollment, benefit usage, and billing process, especially with the younger generation of workers. It also revealed that the younger workforce prefers a different method of communication from generations before them.
