Emily Hess, J.D. Director of Compliance, is an attorney whose primary focus is healthcare compliance. Her past roles have included Staff Attorney, Assistant Compliance Officer, and Privacy Officer. Emily serves as the Director of Compliance at McGohan Brabender, and in this role she provides guidance, education, and support to McGohan Brabender employees and clients regarding compliance matters including HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA and the Affordable Care Act.
