Introducing the Interns: Andy Boros

Jun 15, 2023

This week is a treat; we introduce the first of our two Cincinnati interns this week. Today we introduce Andy Boros, a Sales Intern at the Cincinnati office. Andy is a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati, dual majoring in Marketing and Sales and Insurance and Risk Management! He is our northernmost intern as well, coming from Perrysburg, Ohio.

Let’s get to know Andy!

Who would play you in a movie about your life?

Young Matt Damon. He is a savage in the movie Rounders.

What is your favorite hobby?

Golf. I could golf every day for the rest of my life. I have scored 80 twice and have yet to break it. I also enjoy mountain hiking and collecting vinyl records.

What is your favorite holiday?

My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. It’s the first time getting together with the family after the summer, and it really kicks off the holiday season. It also helps that it is during football season.

What is a fun fact about you?

I have torn my left ACL twice playing basketball.

What is your favorite book?

My favorite book is Friday Night Lights. It’s about a football team in 1985 that goes to the state semifinals. One of the characters tears his ACL twice, so it resonates with me.

What is one of your bucket list concerts?

I would love to see Black Sabbath because Ozzy Osborn has a fantastic voice. The concert I realistically would like to go to is Zach Bryan. I really like his song Burn, Burn, Burn, and his voice is amazing.

Why did you choose MB?

I chose MB because of what the company stands for. This opportunity is also an introduction to an excellent company and industry. I found this role through one of my connections with a career advisor at UC. He then connected me with Lauren and Max. I was ecstatic when I was offered the intern position.

What are your thoughts on MB so far?

I love it here. The people are friendly and supportive if I need help or have questions. I have the opportunity to take on a great deal of work that helps the company, and I enjoy feeling like my job is making a difference.
