Tiffany Kuck

Tiffany Kuck is a dynamic communicator who specializes in health and wellness. She’s a mentor, coach and is known for enhancing team and company cultures. For the past nine years, she has proudly served as McGohan Brabender's Population Health Manager. She helps clients change their approach to health benefits by taking control of rising costs and chronic disease. Whether it’s implementing on-site biometric screenings, introducing organizations to outcomes based programs or addressing mental health and EAP’s, Tiffany teaches the importance of overall health and wellbeing. Erin Woessner

Erin Woessner graduated from the University of Dayton and  has been with MB for 11 years. As MB’s HR Generalist, Erin handles MB benefit administration including benefit elections, open enrollment, benefit education, employee leave and FMLA. She coordinates the annual United Way campaign, and collaborates with the Population Health team on health management activities and initiatives. Erin is also responsible for Human Resource & Development company-wide communications, MB compliance, new hire onboarding and offboarding, and is our Predictive Index expert for candidate assessments, internal evaluations, and team development.
